As you know, yesterday was Boss's Day. The Fulton ladies threw a small party for Luke to show their appreciation for him. I think he was a little surprised, but thankful at the same time.
There are several qualities that make a great boss, but here are a few that we found on the internet and really liked:
1. Creates a productive environment.
2. Consistently demonstrates a high level of integrity.
3. Encourages innovation and new ideas.
4. Provides objective recognition.
5. Willing to coach and support employees.
6. Encourages open communication.
7. Provides clear direction.
8. Is a true leader.
9. Positive thinker.
10. Builds positive morale.
We are grateful to have a boss that possess all of these qualities. Thanks Luke for all that you do for us. We appreciate you!
