Aberdeen Cash Title

Aberdeen had their Customer Appreciation Day Last Friday and I wanted to share pictures with you. We thought it was going to be a disaster because it was raining hard that morning but by the afternoon it was pretty and it turned out to be a success. If anyone needs any ideas on what to get and have ready for your big day you may contact one of the offices who have already had theirs!

Movin' On Up!

We now have FOUR offices that have reached their quarterly goals. Olive Branch, Horn Lake, Saltillo and Okolona have passed their goals for the 2nd Quarter of 2008. Congratulations Ladies!! Good Luck to all of the offices. June should be a GREAT month of GROWING!! Yvonne

All I want for Christmas is my two front teeth ...

Bridget just wanted to share a picture of her daughter, Aubrey. She lost her first tooth on Fulton's CAD, and then one week later she lost another tooth! The tooth fairy is going broke with this child! She acquired $5 for the first tooth, but the real money maker was the second tooth. She made a whopping $20 off of it! Sounds like the tooth fairy didn't have any change!!

Customer Service

Good Morning! I found some things that I thought would help everyone with their customer service and I wanted to share it with you.
  • Focus on the joys in life and surround yourself with upbeat people who share the bright outlook.
  • Make customers feel good about doing business with you by giving them what they want: timely, accurate and courteous service.
  • Do your best to stay calm. Don't allow yourself to be drawn into an argument.
  • Focus on the issue and solution rather than on the person.
  • Put distractions aside and give each customer your undivided attention.
  • It is easier to keep existing customers than to find new ones. Do your best to maintain and build your customer loyalty.
  • Aim to send off every customer with a smile.
  • If you are unable to fulfill a customer's request, suggest options.
  • Strive to resolve complaints. Expect that customers will talk to others about their experience with you, whether it's good or bad.

I hope everyone has a great day!

More Graduates!!

Pictured above is Cassie (Heather Barnes daughter) and Aubrey (Bridget Adams daughter). I didn't realize that we had more that one Pre-K graduate this year! This is an exciting time for these girls and their mothers, because they have a big step approaching very soon. They will be entering Kindergarten in August, and I promise you ladies that no matter how hard you try not to cry on their first day of school ... You will!!! Take a box of tissues with you on that first day!

If any of you have ever spoken with Tasha then you know that Anndre'a is the light of her life. She is absolutely precious Tasha and we know you are proud of her!!

If anyone else would like to share their photos please email them to Yvonne, Kim, Janna, or Bridget. We will be happy to post them on the blog.

Lessons From A Cab Driver

Janna shared this with me and I thought i'd pass it along to all of you. Have a wonderful Monday!
One day I hopped in a taxi and we took off for the airport. We were driving in the right lane when suddenly a black car jumped out of a parking space right in front of us. My taxi driver slammed on his breaks, skidded, and missed the other car by just inches! The driver of the other car whipped his head around and started yelling at us. My taxi driver just smiled and waved at the guy. And I mean, he was really friendly. So I asked, "Why did you just do that? This guy almost ruined your car and sent us to the hospital!" This is when my taxi driver taught me what I now call, "The Law of the Garbage Truck." He explained that many people are like garbage trucks. They run around full of garbage, full of frustration, full of anger, and full of disappointment. As their garbage piles up, they need a place to dump it and sometimes they'll dump it on you. Don't take it personally. Just smile, wave, wish them well, and move on. Don't take their garbage and spread it to other people at work, at home, or on the streets. The bottom line is that successful people do not let garbage trucks take over their day. Life's too short to wake up in the morning with regrets, so..... "Love the people who treat you right. Pray for the ones who don't." Life is ten percent what you make it and ninety percent how you take it!
