Western Union

If your office offers Western Union, you should have received some packages containing some new items. Most of my offices called me because the packages were addressed to me instead of them inquiring what exactly was inside.

Today, I walked into the Iuka office and was ecstatic. I haven't received a phone call from them so I assumed they had not received their packages. These ladies did not wait for me to come assemble their items. Ashley & Alison took the initiative to put the stand together and to hang the sign. Thank you for taking action ladies. These new items are an eye catcher to our customers and a nice space saver for us.

Weight Loss Support Group

The ladies in the Fulton office are going back on our diet support program and wanted to invite employees company wide to join us this time. For the next 3 months we will weigh every Wednesday morning. Nikki will keep tract of the weight loss and will email the percentage lost by each participant each week. We found the accountability, of knowing we had to get on those scales and report that weight, helped keep us focus on our diets. Your weight will not be shared with anyone except Nikki, only the percentage of weight loss will be given out. If you would like to join us, you will need to weigh in the morning and send Nikki your starting weight. Then each Wednesday morning you will weigh and email Nikki your weight. The six ladies who participated last time lost a combine weight of 68.3 pounds The only prize that you will receive is the satisfaction of the weight you will lose. Shanda

Words of Wisdom

We here at the Fulton office would like to share something we learned today. If you ever start to panic that your office might have a really strange water leak that runs next to every wall, and even the baseboards are damp, just stop for a minute before you panic and ask yourself if it really is a strange water leak or did the bug man just leave. Is technology taking over? Here are some signs you might need to take a break from it: 1. You accidentally enter your password on the microwave. 2. You have a list of 15 phone numbers to reach your family of three. 3. You email the person who works at the desk next to you. 4. We thought that we would give you a few reminders that we have seen lately that all of us need to work on within the company:

Hair and make-up are to be completed before arrival to work everyday.

Everyone should be at the office by 9:10 a.m.

If you clock in early you need to work on checkups, filling, customer calls, return checks, etc.

Flip flops (BEACH WEAR) are not allowed.

Jeans that have holes (if you can see any amount of your skin) are against policy.

If you have not paid $20 to wear your LeBonheur tshirt on Fridays then you are not allowed to wear it.

To be entered in the drawing for the cruise you must have 1740 hours and edits must be work related and be noted on time sheet.

Editing time sheets is grounds to termination.

We welcome older kids to our CAD's.

Rewards are given away for perfect bank statements.

Every office must swap title & check sides daily.

We are sure there are other items to go along with these, but we just wanted to touch up on a few things.

2011 Easter Egg Hunt

IT WORKS....

COLD CALLS do work! Brooke sent an email out yesterday around 12:00 stating cold calls were to begin. Amory CTE started calling immediately after receiving the email. I stopped in Amory office around 3:00 yesterday afternoon. While I was there a customer came in to take out a check advance. This customer was one of the COLD CALL CUSTOMERS that they had just called!! If you are not making the call someone down the road is. If you want your office to grow, make the call!!
