Second Grade

Ashlan started 4th grade today and Lyla started 2 year old Pre-K. Ashlan isready for recess and Lyla is not very happy about having to wake up soearly. She had a small melt down this morning. As you can see, she had totake 'bank-bank' to school with her. When we dropped Ashlan off thismorning Lyla said "I get out tooooo, Mommy! I go kool wif Aflan!"

Meteorologist Nikki Williams

Yesterday, Nikki made the following announcement over the Fulton office intercom regarding the weather. "Attention, a heat advisory has been issued for Fulton". Dana was on the phone with Bellena when the announcement came across. They decided to play a joke on Nikki and have Bellena call back and pretend she had heard the announcement in her office through the intercom. It was so funny when Nikki received the call, that we decided to have several more offices call and do the same. We had her believing that "all office page" meant every one of our offices. Nikki stated several times I just did it for a joke. Now she knows how much we truly enjoyed her joke. Nikki received many phone calls regarding this announcement and everyones help in pulling off this joke was appreciated by her fellow employees. She has promised to not touch that button again. 1st Tooth

I wanted to share my story of the 1st tooth. Chloe my daughter lost her first tooth at her dad's and I got upset because I missed it. So I just knew that I would not miss Hayden's, and everyone has made fun of me for getting upset that he is fixing to loose his first tooth. It started to get loose on Sunday and by yesterday morning I knew it would be soon so we asked him to wait until last night (yeah right), so he pulled it yesterday at daycare AND it fell down the drain!!! And yes I cried!! :) Jana House

Drew and I took a small vacation to Lake Martin in Equality, AL. We stayed at Andy's aunt's summer house. As you can tell in the video Drew had a blast. I jumped one time but it was not because I wanted to. I got up there and changed my mind when I got to the edge. That's when I realized that my feet were on FIRE! So I had no choice but to jump! I cannot belive that she jumped a thousand times!

Tina Brown at the Macon office wanted to share some pictures of her girls. They ended the season with an undefeated 1st place. Kayla is the pitcher and Ashley plays 2nd base. They both made it to the Allstar team. They have a tournament July 9th and 10th in Meridian.

NO SHE DIDN'T...

So I'm in Hamilton today talking to Michele Parker. Michele was telling me a story and I had to share it with someone... The story started out by Michele telling me that her kids won goldfish at the carnival last weekend. When bringing them home her oldest daughter, Leslie told Michele that you could not use tap water. She said they needed bottle water or need to boil some water for their new fish. They did not have any bottle water so Leslie decided to boil some water. Once she finished boiling the water she placed it in their bowl and poured the fish in after... started screaming for Michele to come here. The fish were swimming on their sides when Michele got there. I don't think I have to tell you the rest of the story but Leslie kept asking Michele "did I do that". She is blonde for the ones that do not know her. Happy Thursday! Kim

VACATION!

Drew and I are on VACATION this week! We are on different vacations. I am on vacation considering that I have no little one at home. As you can see Drew is at the beach. She left with her aunt last Saturday and will return this Sunday. Even though she does not look like she is having a good time, thats just her. Her uncle sent me the picture and said that she was having a BLAST!

Ashlan's softball team, Busy B Rentals 9-10 year old was undefeated for the season! All games were won by a landslide until the last game and they came back from 2-1 to win 3-2 in the last innning. Ashlan is the smallest one on the team.

graduated from preschool! She is so excited and ready to go to "BIG" school. In the picture her teacher was asking her what she wanted to be when she grew up. I took a deep breath praying that she did not say anything that I was going to regret. Instead she just stood there. She told me later that she did not want to grow up! My baby is growing up so quick.
