Is Technology Taking Over?

Is technology taking over? Here are some signs you might need to take a break from it: 1. You accidentally enter your password on the microwave. 2. You have a list of 15 phone numbers to reach your family of three. 3. You email the person who works at the desk next to you. 4. Leaving for work without your cell phone is a cause for panic and no matter how far you are from home you turn around to get it. Happy Wednesday, Shanda

Your office will receive a $10 gift card. Ladies, your office could be here next month, be sure and double check your check-ups and deposit slips. If you do make an error and fix it before bookkeeping finds it on the bank statement you still qualify to win. Shanda

We thought that we would give you a few reminders that we have seen lately that all of us need to work on within the company:

Hair and make-up are to be completed before arrival to work everyday.

Everyone should be at the office by 9:10 a.m.

If you clock in early you need to work on checkups, filling, customer calls, return checks, etc.

Flip flops (BEACH WEAR) are not allowed.

Jeans that have holes (if you can see any amount of your skin) are against policy.

If you have not paid $20 to wear your LeBonheur tshirt on Fridays then you are not allowed to wear it.

To be entered in the drawing for the cruise you must have 1740 hours and edits must be work related and be noted on time sheet.

Editing time sheets is grounds to termination.

We welcome older kids to our CAD's.

Rewards are given away for perfect bank statements.

Every office must swap title & check sides daily.

We are sure there are other items to go along with these, but we just wanted to touch up on a few things.

Perfect Attendance Award

Heather Barnes is the winner, this pay period, of the "Perfect Attendance Award". Heather is the Manager at CTE of Aberdeen. Congratulations Heather you have won $25.

You could be our next winner. To qualify you must have 37 hours each week, these may be regular or PTO hours. Your time sheet must be unedited except for business purposes. If you edit your time sheet you must note on the time sheet why it is edited.

2011 Easter Egg Hunt

Thanks to everyone who participated in our Easter Egg Hunt. A "BIG THANKS" to Dena and her daughter who traveled over 2 hours to join us. Our hunt was a success because of all the GREAT volunteers that gave up their Saturday. Thanks Again!

We have already discussed ideas for 2012's Easter Egg Hunt. If you have any ideas or suggestions to make the hunt bigger and better please let us know.
